SAMPLING VALVE THAT FITS EXISTING TANKS

Reliable samples with the HEKINOX sampling valve
Whether for sensory, chemical or microbiological analysis, the HEKINOX sampling valve delivers reliable samples in a very short time. Its innovative technology reduces the areas to be cleaned while keeping them accessible. The results are conclusive: they are highlighted in the study carried out by the ISVV (Institute of Vine and Wine Science) and presented in the Cahier Technique of the Revue Française d’Oenologie no. 305 (May/June 2021).

Guaranteed flow, even during winemaking
A sampling valve that clogs during winemaking means a significant and unpredictable loss of time in an intense period of work. HEKINOX technology ensures you can draw your samples even in the most difficult conditions.

Grape skins that could block the valve from the inside are sheared off by the HEKINOX mechanism.
A connection designed for existing tanks
1/2″ GAS fittings are found on most tanks in use today. HEKINOX was designed to solve the cleaning and clogging problems of traditional sampling valves while fitting existing tanks.
GAS fittings are poorly suited to the food industry, where dismantling and cleaning are frequent and stainless steel is the norm.
To make them easier to use, D-INNOVATION has developed a lock nut and O-ring fastening system built directly into the base. This system avoids the hassle of PTFE (Teflon) tape and keeps the valve straight, while making assembly and removal easier.

D-INNOVATION also offers a screwing tool to make removing HEKINOX easier and avoid damaging the valve.
